Çimsa, a subsidiary of Sabancı Holding, has won a total of five gold awards at the HCM Excellence Awards, organized by the Brandon Hall Group.
The HCM Excellence Awards, traditionally organized each year by Brandon Hall Group—one of the world’s leading consulting firms in human resources and talent management—have announced their winners. Companies from around the globe were evaluated based on various criteria, and Çimsa was honored with a total of 12 awards. Among these, five projects won gold awards: “The Future is Possible with You” for social responsibility, “Equality is Our Business” for diversity leadership, “Field Leaders Academy” for professional development, “Build-ON Plus” for intern selection, and “Future Shapers” for innovative talent acquisition.
