Maintaining its strong balance sheet structure, Çimsa increased its revenue by 31% in real terms in the first half of the year, reaching TRY 20.3 billion. The company’s EBITDA for the same period rose by 15% year-on-year in real terms to TRY 3.2 billion.
A subsidiary of Sabancı Holding, Çimsa continues to pursue its strategic transformation journey—defined by the themes “From Cement to Building Materials,” “From Grey to Green,” and “From Local to Global”— with determination. The company has announced its inflation-adjusted financial results for the first six months of 2025. In the first half of the year, Çimsa achieved real growth in both net sales and EBITDA.
According to the financial statements submitted to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company’s net sales in the first six months of the year reached TRY 20.3 billion, reflecting a 31% real increase compared to the same period last year. Çimsa’s EBITDA also grew by 15% in real terms.
With its expanding operational footprint in Türkiye and abroad, its cost-focused management approach, and its effective investment strategies, Çimsa delivered a standout performance in the first half of the year. The company’s strong financial results were driven in particular by sustained high capacity utilization, robust organic sales growth, and the contribution of Mannok.
Commenting on the results, Çimsa CEO Umut Zenar said: “We are pleased to have sustained our real growth and to lead the sector in this regard. Looking ahead, as our ongoing investments in Mersin, Eskişehir, and the U.S. reach full capacity, we will collectively witness a Çimsa that further strengthens its already diversified revenue generation capability, solidifies its global leadership in building materials, and increases its use of green energy.”
